Abstract

Partindo do marco temporal Oitocentista, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender de que maneira os anseios federalistas se traduziram em autonomia tributária provincial e capacidade de arrecadação de receitas fiscais. Para tanto, serão apresentados dados empíricos referentes às Leis Orçamentárias da Província de São Paulo e de seu referido Balanço.
